Insurance

Coverage is needed when renting from Heliodor Media Group Inc., which can be a credit card pre-authorization or proof of insurance.  Any equipment damaged, lost, or stolen is the responsibility of the client. All clients must present picture ID upon pick up. Credit card pre-authorizations for replacement of equipment under $10,000 may be arranged in lieu of insurance.  For equipment valued over $10,000, proof of insurance is required. Please list Heliodor Media Group Inc. as the loss payee on your certificate.

Need insurance, but don’t have a yearly policy?  Contact Front Row Insurance to arrange coverage for your short production shoot.  Short Term Production insurance can be arranged in 10 minutes at any time of the day through their online program. The program is very popular with new and established film makers because of the low cost and the simple process to arrange a policy.

What you need upon pick up with Insurance:

• If you have insurance coverage, please supply us with an insurance certificate at least 24 hours in advance, naming Heliodor Media Group Inc. as Loss Payee for replacement value of equipment.
• Picture ID (Driver’s license) is required.
• Full name.
• Company name (if applicable).
• Company or personal phone numbers.
• Company or personal address.
• If you are from out of country we require a passport, home/company address and phone numbers.

What you need upon pick up without insurance (under $10,000 replacement only):

• Active credit card with replacement value available for pre-authorization amount.
• Credit card pre-authorization form filled out before or at pick up.
• Full name.
• Company name (if applicable).
• Company or personal phone numbers.
• Company or personal address.
• If you are from out of country we require a passport, home/company address and phone numbers.
