Shipping Policy

Within Vancouver:

If local pick up is not an option, we are more than happy to arrange a courier to drop off your pre-paid purchase or rental at a location and time mutually decided upon.  If you have a preferred courier service, please notify us before rental.  If no preferred service is requested, Heliodor Media Group Inc. will pre-pay and charge the customer using a courier of our choice.

Within Canada:

For shipments within Canada, Heliodor Media Group Inc. will use a ground carrier of choice unless expedited service is required.

International:

Please contact Heliodor Media Group Inc. to arrange a shipping solution that best suits your needs.

All shipments are FOB Heliodor Media Group Inc.. dock.  Any loss or damage that occurs during shipping will be the responsibility of the customer to notify the shipping carrier upon delivery..
